Tray Type Bread Cooling Tunnel is a mass heat transfer unit which is especially designed for the bakeries. The main function of this machine is to lower down the internal temperature of the baked products from 97 degree Celsius coming out of the oven to 32 degree Celsius to achieve excellent quality and helps to maintain the legal moisture limit. Its frame is fabricated by using premium quality stainless steel and is provided with a conveyor having a food grade Polyurethane belt for transferring largely produced food items.
